We're a friend who's available to listen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We counsel on the phone or face to face, and we don't charge a cent. Unless you want to donate!
Talk to us about anything that's bugging you. Our experienced lay counsellors will help you, whether you're facing HIV/AIDS, depression, rape, suicide, relationship issues and self esteem or you're a survivor of crime.
We also provide training if you'd like to learn more about how to counsel people yourself.
Our community-based projects included Girls on the Move - and Boys too - where we educate young people from 13 to 15 to make Wise Choices in their lives over sex, HIV, abuse, rape and education itself. Our peer educator projects deal with sensitive matters like gender-driven behaviour or lifestyle changes impacting HIV /AIDS. in the communities of Alexandra, Soweto and Klipfontein.
We believe everyone can think and feel better, which will then enable them to live happier, more productive lives.History Who we are
